Laureen Young, Director of Adult Ministries

Laureen has been serving at Pathway since 1988. She began as Secretary, and then moved to Administrative Assistant to the Senior Minister. In 1999, Laureen was hired as the Director of Adult Ministries. Her job encompasses all aspects of Pathway's adult ministry, including adult Sunday School classes, periodic seminars, mid-week small group studies, church events, research projects and teacher training. If that isn't enough, Laureen also coordinates the church's master events calendar. Laureen is creative, has a ready smile, and a passion for doing the Lord's work in the local church.

Ron Young, Youth Pastor

Ron brings to Pathway the insight of a dad who has raised three children and the wisdom of a man who has spent most of his life as a student of the Bible. Ron manages programs for youth to young adult, specifically using his gifts and talents with Junior High and High School aged people. He also recruits and trains other adults to serve the youth at Pathway. Ron is a compassionate, patient man who loves kids of all ages. His is sensitive to the problems of young people today and seeks to provide support for both the youth and their parents.

Jenah Kuderman, Children's Ministry Director

Jenah Kuderman, Children’s Ministry Director: wife to Bryan Kuderman, mother to three daughters, Sage, Ari and Fiona and member of Pathway Christian Church. Before working at Pathway, she was an elementary school teacher, a school librarian and preschool teacher. Her passions include cooking, reading, hanging out with her girlfriends and spending time with her family.

Cathy Taylor, Administrative Assistant

Cathy began as Office Manager at Pathway in January of 1999. She does an outstanding job running the front office as well as assisting Kerry and other staff members on a variety of projects. Cathy not only considers this her career but her ministry as well. She is detail-oriented, thorough, and organized, and brings tenderness, compassion, and a lot of heart to her job.

Janice Decker, Office Assistant

Janice began working as Office Assistant in April of 2004. She greets our visitors and members when they come to the front office. Janice's duties include the development and reproduction of our weekly Sunday bulletin and our monthly newsletter. She also keeps Pathway's attendance records and prayer requests. Janice is a representative of the Rapha House Freedom Foundation and is working on a new project for this ministry. Janice is friendly, helpful, and will go the extra mile to be of assistance.

Bill Bishop, Minister of Pastoral Care

Bill joined the Pathway staff in 2006. He manages the requests for visitation from our congregation, is usually the first contact with our visitors, and keeps track of our church's attendance. Every week, he and his wife, Pam, take a little gift to each of our first-time visitors to welcome them to Pathway. He also teaches our Newcomers to Pathway class on Sunday mornings. Very few people have a heart as big as Bill. He loves people and he loves helping people. If you have a need, he is the one to call.
